Schroll Flavours is part of the worldwide brand Schroll. We started in 2018 in the southern part of Portugal with two locations. Today we produce not only 100% organic herbs, but also sustainable organic herbs, proved with our BioSuisse certification.
THE ROOTS FROM SCHROLL FLOWERS
The horticultural story of Schroll has its roots back in the year 1733 in Germany. Today we are among the largest producers of Hydrangeas with our own breeding program and locations in both Denmark and Portugal.
“In the year 1733, a son was born in Eckersdorf: Johan Georg Schroll….”, thus begins the history of the Schroll family. Johan Schroll became castle gardener at Domdorph Castle at Eckersdorf, Germany. Later he emigrated toDenmark, where he in 1755 became head gardener at Hagenskov Estate – at the southern part of the island of Funen

All our herbs are 100% organic produced,
certified under the European legislation .

We are producing our herbs in consideration of the environment and employee welfare.
